You might remember my post that I did about two years ago where I started drinking my water with fruit and mint in it, LIFE CHANGING. You can check that out (here) But today I wanted to do another updated post because since then I have found other ways to make drinking water more fun and doable. Now there’s tons of ways you can do this, you can simply just use a jug of water if you are into that but please don’t be that person carrying around a water jug all day. We get it! You’re healthy, but if you must then this is also okay. Another way that you can do this is use a Voss glass bottle instead of plastic and if your only option is plastic then just make sure it is BPA free cause we are not about that toxic life in 2017.
This one is my favorite after having a weekend going out or eating too many sweets or just something you know you shouldn’t be eating. This will fix you right up! I usually do this one for about two days which is perfect for a weekend. A little TMI but this will make you go to the restroom.
-Mint leaves, Wal Mart has these packaged and easy to store in your fridge
-Cucumbers, make sure to chop them up in pieces
-A slice of Lemon, now the lemon is very strong in this so use what you think you can handle
-Ginger slice, helps with gas and bloating
This one is also a game changer with fruit water, this one is my moms favorite when we have guests over.
